Abstract
FORMULAÇÕES DE DOSAGEM SÓLIDAS DE FÁRMACOS NARCÓTICOS TENDO ABSORÇÃO BUCAL APERFEIÇOADA. É divulgada uma composição farmacêutica na forma de um tablete adequado para dissolução na cavidade bucal, a referida composição compreendendo: I) uma quantidade eficaz de um ingrediente ativo narcótico e II) uma amina farmaceuticamente aceitável tendo uma pK de cerca de 8 ou maior, em que a proporção molar de amina:ingrediente ativo é de pelo menos cerca de 5:1.
