Abstract

CAPACITOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um capacitor fabricado de pó de subóxido de nióbio com tensão de colapso maior, temperatura de operação maior e tempo de vida prolongado. Ele é dopado com nitrogênio que está pelo menos presente na forma de domínios de cristais de Nb~2~N homogeneamente distribuídos e detectáveis por raio x.
