Abstract
USO DE ANTICORPOS IGF-IR PARA FABRICAÇÃO DE UM MEDICAMENTO PARA TRATAR UM TUMOR ÓSSEO. A invenção fornece usos de um antagonista IGE-IR e/ou PDGFR para fabricação de medicamentos para tratar câncer ósseo, em particular o câncer ósseo metastático. A invenção fornece também anticorpos que se ligam aos PDGFRY humanos e neutralizam a ativação dos receptores. A invenção ainda fornece um método para neutralizar a ativação de PDGFR , e um uso do anticorpo isoladamente ou em combinação com outros agentes na fabricação de medicamentos para tratar uma doença neoplásica.
