Abstract
MÉTODO PARA INIBIR POLIMERIZAÇÃO PREMATURA DE MONÔMEROS ETILENICAMENTE INSATURADOS, COMPOSIÇAO DE MATERIA. Um método é descrito na presente invenção para inibir a polimerização prematura de monômeros etilenicamente insaturados compreendendo a adição aos ditos monomeros de uma quantidade eficaz de pelo menos um inibidor nitroso da estrutura: Fórmula (I) na qual R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~ e R~ 4~ são selecionados independentemente do grupo consistindo em hidrogênio, nitro, nitroso, halogênio, COOR no qual R é hidrogênio ou alquil, alquil, e alquil substituído com heteroátomo; ou grupos adjacentes R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R3 e R~ 4~ podem ser colocados juntos para formar um anel de seis membros fundidos substituidos ou insubstituídos. Também é descrita uma composição de matéria compreendendo: A) um monômero etilenicamente insaturado e B) pelo menos um composto nitroso da estrutura descrita acima.
