Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a um novo uso de PDX na fabricação de um medicamento para aumentar a produção de acetato, diminuir a produção de butirato, aumentar a população e espécies de bactérias benéficas e retardar a taxa de fermentação de pré-bióticos dentro do intestino de uma criança pequena alimentada com fórmula.
