Abstract
Trata-se de um dispositivo que inclui um cabo acopiado com uma superfície texturizada ativada que pode ser implementada usando um mecanismo de movimento repetitivo e uma fonte de energia para tratamento, tal corno uma fonte de radiação eletromagnética. O cabo pode ser usado para fornecer detecção, tratamento e/ou gerenciamento de condições diversas incluindo, por exemplo, descoloração de dentes, danos no tecido, doença periodontal, tumores, dores, halitose, e bronquite. A superfície texturizada ativada pode incluir uma topografia de superfície que inclui corrugações, cerdas, protuberâncias, ou buracos, ou outras superfícies para facilitar a agitação, limpeza ou outros tratamentos de superfície.
