Abstract

TURBINA EÓLICA DE EIXO VERTICAL, E, ROTOR DE TURBINA EÓLICA DE EIXO VERTICAL. É descrita uma turbina eólica de eixo vertical. A turbina eólica pode incluir um anel superior, um anel intermediário e um anel inferior, na qual uma pluralidade de aerofólios verticais são colocados entre os anéis. Por exemplo, três aerofólios verticais podem ser ligados entre o anel superior e o anel intermediário. Em adição, três outros aerofólios verticais podem ser ligados entre o anel inferior e o anel intermediário. Quando o vento contata os aerofólios arranjados verticalmente, os anéis começam a girar. Conectando os anéis a um pólo central que gira um alternador, eletricidade pode ser gerada a partir de vento.
