Um método cosmético e terapêutico para reduzir o crescimento de pêlos humanos compreende a seleção de uma área da pele a partir da qual o crescimento de pêlos reduzido é desejado e a aplicação à área da pele de uma composição compreendendo resveratrol numa quantidade eficaz para reduzir o crescimento de pêlos.
