Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO NANOPARTICULADA ESTÁVEL, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO NANOPARTICULADA, USO DE UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, E, COMPOSIÇÃO DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA. A presente invenção provê uma composição compreendendo um inibidor de agregação de plaquetas, por exemplo, cilostazol, ou um sal ou derivado do mesmo, utilizável no tratamento e prevenção de sintomas isquêmieos. A invenção provê uma composição que compreende partículas nanoparticuladas compreendendo o inibidor de agregação de plaquetas e, pelo menos, um estabilizador de superficie. As partículas nanoparticuladas tem um tamanho médio de partícula eficaz menor do que cerca de 2000 nm. A invenção provê também uma composição que distribui um inibidor de agregação de plaquetas, ou nanopartículas compreendendo o mesmo, em um modo pulsátil ou contínuo.
