Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS DE FAMCICLOVIR DE LIBERAÇÃO MODIFICADA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica de liberação modificada de famciclovir contendo pelo menos 60% em peso de famciclovir com pelo menos 5% em peso de um retardador de liberação. Particularmente útil como um retardador de liberação inclui polímeros, especialmente uma mistura de polivinilacetato e polivinilpirrolidona. Um método para preparação de tais composições farmacêuticas usando um extrusor e um método de granulação é particularmente útil.
