COMPOSIÇÕES DE AMIDO AGLOMERADO. Descrevem-se composições de amido aglomerado, que contêm amido nativo e pó de amido pré-compactado. As composições de amido aglomerado têm fluidez excelente e menos sensibilidade ao pH do que simples misturas dos dois componentes em proporções equivalentes.
