Abstract
PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE TIRA DE AÇO E UMA TIRA DE AÇO DOTADA DO DITO REVESTIMENTO. A invenção fornece um processo para o revestimento de tiras de aço que compreende, em % em peso, C: 1,6%, Mn: 6 -30 %, AI: 10 %, Ni: 10%, Cr: 10%, Si: 8 %, Cu: 3%, Nb: 0,6%, Ti: 0,3%, V: 0,3 %, P: 0,1 %, B: 0,01 %, o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, cujo processo torna possível também fornecer tais tiras de aço, que até agora não puderam ser adequadamente revestidas, com um revestimento de metal que garantisse propriedades excelentes de resistência à corrosão e boas propriedades de soldagem. Isto é garantido no processo de acordo com a invenção pela aplicação de uma camada de alumínio à tira de aço antes do recozimento final e aplicação do revestimento de metal à dita camada de alumínio depois do recozimento final. A invenção também se refere a uma tira ou folha de aço formada por meio do processo de acordo com a invenção.
