PECTINA DERIVADA DA FRUTA ACEROLA E SUA APLICAÇÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma pectina derivada de uma fruta de acerola ou um hidrolisado da mesma, compreendendo um complexo formado de Aceronidina, a qual é um novo composto polifenólico. A pectina da presente invenção pode ser usada como um ingrediente ativo de um antioxidante ou um agente branqueador de pele.
