Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE COMPOSTO, E, USO DO COMPOSTO. Processo para a preparação de ácido 5-halo-2,4,6-trifluoroisofiálico da fórmula (1) sendo que X é F, Cl, Br, ou 1, por meio de hidrólise de 5-halo-2,4,6-trifluoroisoftalodinitrila da fórmula (II) caracterizado pelo fato de que, em uma primeira etapa com formação de 5-halo-2,4,6-trifluoroisoftalodiamida da fórmula geral (III), mistura-se isofialodinitrila (II) ou uma solução compreendendo isofialodinitrila (II) com ácido sulfúrico concentrado, à temperatura ambiente, e, subseqúentemente, isto é aquecido, e, em uma segunda etapa, com aquecimento adicional e adição de água, prepara-se ácido isofiálico (1).
