Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR OLANZAPINA FORMA I E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR OLANZAPINA FORMA I SUBSTANCIALMENTE LIVRE DA FORMA II. O processo para preparar Olanzapina Foma I compreende: a) resfriar uma solução concentrada de Olanzapina; b) isolar cristais úmidos de Olanzapina Foma I; e c) secar cristais úmidos e recuperar Olanzapina Forma I. A secagem pode ser conduzida por aumentos gradativos de temperaturas de secagem, com tempos de espera estendidos em cada condição de temperatura.
