INIBIDORES DE DIPEPTIDIL PEPTIDASE-IV. A presente invenção refere-se em geral aos compostos inibidores de DPP-IV de pirrolidina e tiazolidina. A presente invenção também provê processos sintéticos para preparação de tais compostos, processos de inibir DPP-IV usando tais compostos e formulações farmacêuticas os contendo para tratamento de doenças mediadas por DPP- IV, em particular, diabetes Tipo 2.
