MENSAGEM DE INICIALIZAÇÃO SUPL EM UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO DE LOCALIZAÇÃO E METODO E SISTEMA PARA PROCESSAR SUPL MEDIANTE UTILIZAÇÃO DO MESMO. É discutido um terminal habilitado para SUPL, um método e sistema para processar SUPL. De acordo com uma modalidade, o terminal habilitado para SUPL inclui um processador para processar um indicador de modo de plataforma de localização SUPL (SLP) recebido em uma mensagem de inicialização SUPL, o indicador de modo SLP indicando se o terminal deve operar de acordo com um modo proxy ou um modo não-proxy.
