Abstract
MÉTODO PARA INIBIR A POLIMERIZAÇÃO DE TUBULINA EM UMA CÉLULA; MÉTODO PARA TRATAR OU PREVENIR UM DISTÚRBIO PROLIFERATIVO EM UM INDIVÍDUO; MÉTODO PARA BLOQUEAR, OCLUIR OU DE OUTRO MODO ROMPER O FLUXO SANGUÍNEO NA NEOVASCULATURA; COMPOSTO; COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E USO DO REFERIDO MÉTODO E COMPOSTO. Trata-se de compostos de fórmula estrutural (1) ; ou um sal, solvato ou, clatrato farmaceuticamente aceitável destes, em que R~ a~, R~ b~, e R~ 2~ são aqui definidos. Esses compostos inibem a polimerização de tubulina e/ou marcam a vasculatura e são úteis para tratar distúrbios proliferativos, tal como câncer.
