Um aparelho e método para remover a pele e a gordura de peças de carne, um conjunto de rolo de dentes fixado a uma estrutura e um conjunto de lâmina de aparar fixado a uma estrutura ajustável na qual a posição do conjunto de lâmina de aparar é ajustada com relação ao conjunto de rolo de dentes com base na espessura de uma camada de gordura da peça de carne.
