A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica de uma preparação de ação retardada em forma de péletes, para o tratamento de vertigem seja qual for a gênese. Portanto, é descrita uma composição farmacêutica contendo cinarizina e dimenidrinato, sendo que a liberação de substâncias ativas é retardada e a preparação está presente em forma de péletes. A composição farmacêutica contém, adicionalmente, aglutinante, agente de retardamento e cargas.
