Abstract
COMPOSTOS QUE INIBEM A ATIVIDADE DE BETA-SECRETASE E MÉTODOS DE USO DOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a novos inibidores de beta-secretase de fórmula geral (I), na qual as variáveis A^ 1^, A^ 2^, L^ 1^, L^ 2^, L^ 3^, R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^, R^ 4^, R^ 5^, R^ 6^ e R^ 7^ são como definidas nas reivindicações, métodos para seu uso no tratamento da doença de Alzheimer e métodos para seu uso na redução da atividade catalítica de memapsina 2.
