COMPOSTO OU UM SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL DO MESMO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO OU UM SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL DO MESMO, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO OU UM SAL FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEL DO MESMO. Um composto da fórmula (1) ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável: possui atividade inibidora da glicogênio fosforilase e conseqúentemente tem valor no tratamento de estados de doença associados com aumento de atividade da glicogênio fosforilase tal como diabete 2. Os processos para a fabricação de compostos e composições farmacêuticas que os contenham são descritos.
