Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO NUTRICIONAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar uma porção única de uma composição nutricional compreendendo a introdução de água numa cápsula descartável contendo uma dose unitária da composição na forma concentrada, de forma a reconstituir a composição concentrada e operar o instrumento de abertura contido na cápsula para permitir a drenagem do líquido resultante diretamente da cápsula para um recipiente receptor. O processo permite que porções individuais de composições nutricionais, tais como fórmulas infantis, sejam preparadas com risco substancialmente reduzido ou mesmo eliminado de contaminação cruzada a partir de porções anteriormente preparadas.
