Abstract
IMPLANTE CIRURGICO E MÉTODO DE MANUFATURA DO MESMO. Um implante cirúrgico, especialmente um disco intervertebral artificial, inclui um substrato rígido (513) que tem uma estrutura de anexação porosa (512) que cobre uma porção do substrato e um corpo elastomérico (510) que é preso ao substrato por impregnação da estrutura de anexação porosa. A estrutura de anexação porosa tem uma porosidade net maior que 21,5%. A estrutura de anexação porosa pode ser, por exemplo, uma placa perfurada ou uma tela espaçada de uma superfície do substrato ou uma camada de metal trabecular ou uma material celular aberto.
