Abstract
SEPARAÇÃO DE ISÔMEROS DE FULVESTRANT. A invenção abrange métodos para separar os isômeros de fulvestrant, consistindo em colocar uma amostra de fulvestrant em uma HPLC usando uma coluna de fase reversa ou coluna quiral; eluir a amostra com um eluente tendo uma primeira fase móvel e uma segunda fase móvel, e coletar frações purificadas de fulvestrant sulfóxido A ou de fulvestrant sulfóxido B da coluna. O método fornece fulvestrant sulfóxido A ou fulvestrant sulfóxido B com 99,5% de pureza conforme determinação por HPLC.
