BARRA DE CEREAL, E, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UMA BARRA DE CEREAL Uma barra de cereal de grão integral de baixa caloria é provida que inclui grão integral e aglutinante em quantidades efetivas oara fornecer uma barra de cereal com pelo menmos cerca de 15% em peso ou mais de grão integral, pelo menos cerca de 5% em peso ou mais de proteína, cerca de 5% em peso ou mais de fibra, e pelo menos 120 ou menos de calorias por 28 g de barra. As barras de cereal têm baixo teor de calorias, mais ainda fornecem uma boa fonte de grão integral e fibra, enquanto mantendo um sabor e propriedades organolépticas aceitáveis.
