A presente patente de invenção apresenta combinações de jasmonatos como uma droga potente, na produção e/ou acúmulo de substâncias preventivas do câncer em alimentos de qualquer espécie e composições farmacêuticas com ação cicatrizante, bacteriostática, cosmética, analgésica. entre outras. Os alimentos e as composições farmacêuticas apresentadas não são tóxicos para células sadias por possuírem como ingrediente ativo formas de jasmonato, hormônio anti-estresse de plantas.
