Abstract
"MÉTODO DE CONTROLE DE VELOCIDADE DE TRANSMISSÃO, ESTAÇÃO MÓVEL E ESTAÇÃO RÁDIO BASE". Um método de controle de velocidade de transmissão para controlar a velocidade de transmissão de dados do usuário no enlace ascendente, incluindo: notificar, em uma controladora de rede de rádio, um período efetivo para um Absolute Grant Channel que inclui um valor absoluto para a velocidade de transmissão dos dados do usuário no enlace ascendente; transmitir, na controladora de rede de rádio, o Absolute Grant Channel pela Radio Network Temporary Identity com base no período efetivo notificado; e determinar, na estação móvel, a velocidade de transmissão dos dados do usuário no enlace ascendente com base no período efetivo notificado, quando do recebimento do Absolute Grant Channel pela Radio Network Temporary Identity da estação rádio base.
