Abstract
ADITIVO PARA CIMENTO A BASE DE ESCÓRIA DE ALTO FORNO, refere-se o presente pedido de patente de invenção para aditivo para cimento tipo CPIII 32 e 40, a base de escória de alto forno com composição formada pelo seguintes compostos e percentuais: Metassilicato de sódio - de 18% a 30%, Dietileno Glicol - de 3% a 6%, Trietanolamina - de 8% a 15%, Diatomita - de 2% a 5% e Água - 69% a 44%, sendo o processo de fabricação por mistura sob agitação com a manutenção da temperatura abaixo de 40 C, conferindo a possibilidade de usar 70% de escória e manter a resistência expressivamente acima do limite mínimo de norma, apresentando resistência ao sulfato, resistência a íons de cloreto, menor hidratação do concreto e menor índice de reação de alcali agregado.
