APERFEIÇOAMENTO EM BALÃO DE ENFEITE E ENTRETENIMENTO, passível de ser aplicado em qualquer balão (1) de insuflar com ar ou com gás mais leve que o ar, como também é tradicionalmente fabricado a partir de dois filmes plásticos preferivelmente transparentes ou translúcidos (2) unidos pelas suas bordas (3) mediante adequado processo de solda, incluindo-se o tradicional bico ou bocal de enchimento (4), sendo que, entre as paredes (2) ou no interior do dito balão, ser disposto um encarte laminar substancialmente rígido (5), tal como uma peça de cartolina, cujas faces são previamente impressas com informações e desenhos diversos, sejam eles de caráter decorativo ou publicitário.
