O REEFORCE é um utensílio que pode ser construído de diversos tipos de materiais diferentes e serve para proteger calçados em geral de atritos mecânicos e da ação dos elementos da natureza e dos criados pelo homem. É um tipo de utensílio que se sobrepõe ao calçado, vestindo-o como uma luva faria com as mãos; protegendo o calçado e firmando-o nos pés do usuário através de elásticos, velcro, fivelas e outras maneiras de fixação que facilite seu uso.
