Abstract
"CAIXA INTERSOMÁTICA PARA CIRURGIA DE FUSÃO POSTERIOR DA COLUNA LOMBAR". Melhoria na patente P200101905, caixa intersomática para cirurgia de fusão posterior da coluna lombar, formada por uma caixa intersomática (1, 8, 16) com o fim de restaurar a altura do espaço intersomático entre as vértebras lombares (14), com umas janelas laterais (2) que permitem o controle radiológico do controle ósseo e uma vertical passante (3) que conformam um oco interior (4) aonde vai alojado o enxerto ósseo (5) para a fusão ou artrodese, dispondo em sua parte superior e inferior de uns dentes em forma de serra (6) para aumentar a capacidade de sujeição e superfície de apoio entre as vértebras (14) adjacentes, estando o introdutor transforaminal (17) formado por um cabo (18); e um tubo angulado (19) por cujo interior discorre uma barra flexível (20).
