RODA TRANSVERSAL - composta por uma roda de giro livre 1, com a banda de rolagem composta de várias cavidades arredondadas 2, enfileiradas, onde roletes 3, emborrachados 4, são fixados pelas extremidades de seus eixos 5, no sentido transversal ao eixo da roda principal 11, formando em redor da roda, uma espécie de pneu, que ao girar dos roletes, da à roda principal, também um movimento transversal além do já conhecido, movimento longitudinal, normal do giro de uma roda.
