Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA DESTILAÇÃO DE UMA MISTURA DE DIISOCIANATO-DIFENILMETANOS ISOMÉRICOS". A presente invenção refere-se à preparação do composto de 2,4 -MDI, o qual contém pouco teor de 2,2 -MDI, preparado por meio de destilação de uma mistura de partida isomérica de diisocianato-difenilmetanos, que inclui 2,2 -diisocianato-difenilmetano, 2,4 -diisocianato-difenilmetano e 4,4 -diisocianato-difenilmetano em pelo menos um estágio em uma coluna de parede separadora. Este procedimento de destilação produz pelo menos uma mistura que contém 85 a 99% em peso de 2,4 -diisocianato-difenilmetano, até 15% em peso de 4,4 -diisocianato-difenilmetano e não mais que 0,2% em peso de 2,2 -dilsocianato-difenilmetano.
