Uma esteira ergométrica do tipo que possui uma superficie sem-fim móvel que gira em tomo de roletes ou polias para formar uma superficie superior e outra inferior de corrida, sendo a superficie móvel girada quando um dos roletes ou polias é girado e uma superficie para exercícios de caminhada ou corrida e meio de resistência por peso para simular o arraste ou a puxada de uma carga onde a superficie sem-fim móvel movimenta-se em uma direção simulando uma caminhada ou corrida para trás.
