MATERIAL DE EMBRULHO DE ARTIGO DE FUMAR COM MELHORES PROPRIEDADES DE QUEIMA ESPONTÂNEA. A presente invenção refere-se a um material de embrulho de artigo de fumar compreendendo um material de embrulho base ao qual foi aplicado, pelo menos em zonas discretas, uma composição compreendendo um polissacarídeo quimicamente reticulado, mecanicamente fragmentado tendo um tamanho de partícula (médio ponderado) na faixa de 1 a 1000 m para o produto seco; um processo para a produção do mesmo; e um artigo de fumar compreendendo o material de embrulho de artigo de fumar descrito.
