AMIDAS DO ÁCIDO 4-AMINO-TIENO[3,2-c]PIRIDINA-7-CARBOXÍLICO. A presente invenção refere-se a novas amidas do ácido 4-amino-tieno[3,2-c]piridina-7-carboxílico de fórmula 1, e seus sais e ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis compostos de fórmula 1 que são inibidores seletivos das cinases KDR e/ou FGFR. Estes compostos e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis são agentes antiproliferativos úteis no tratamento ou no controle de tumores sólidos, em particular tumores sólidos de mama, cólon, pulmão e próstata. Também são descritas composições farmacêuticas ou medicamentos contendo esses compostos, processos para fazer os mesmos e métodos de tratamento de câncer usando esses compostos.
