Abstract
MÉTODO DE PRODUÇAO DE PEÇAS DE TRABALHO AXIALMENTE SIMÉTRICAS COM OU SEM UM PERFIL DENTADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir peças de trabalho substancialmente axialmente simétricas pela formatação de um material inicial (3) com o auxilio de uma matriz (1) e uma ferramenta rotativa (2), a matriz (1) sendo fornecida com um orifício (11) ao longo do eixo geométrico central. O método inventivo compreende as seguintes etapas: o material inicial (3) é introduzido no orifício (11) da matriz (1); e o material inicial (3) é pressionado entre a matriz (1) e a ferramenta rotativa (2) tal que o material inicial (3) corre para fora do eixo geométrico central de acordo com o contorno da matriz (1).
