Abstract
GENE ALTERADO DO GENE SINTASE DE ÁCIDO ANTRANÍLICO DE ARROZ OASA2 E USO DO MESMO. Uma ácido antranílico sintase de arroz produzida pela introdução de uma variação na seqúência de bases do gene OASA2 da ácido antranílico sintase de arroz para efetuar substituição por múltiplos aminoácidos específicos. Esta sintase não apenas adquire uma resistência à inibição por retroalimentação pelo triptof ano, mas também conserva uma atividade enzimática idêntica a ou mais alta que a ácido antranílico sintase de arroz selvagem.
