"COMPOSTO OU ESTEREOISÔMEROS ÚNICOS, MISTURAS DE ESTEREOLSÔMEROS, OU SAIS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEITÁVEIS DOS MESMOS, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, USO DE UM COMPOSTO OU UM SAL FARMACÊUTICAMENTE ACEITAVEL DO MESMO. A presente invenção é dirigida a certos derivados da Fórmula em que R, R^ 1^ a R^ 10^ são como descritos no relatório, e pelo menos um de CR^ 5^R^ 6^ ou CR^ 7^R^ 8^ ou CR^ 9^R^ 10^ é um anel azetidina opcionalmente substituído ou um anel oxetano opcionalmente substituído, que pode ser útil na manufatura de composições farmacêuticas para tratar distúrbios mediados por lipoxigenases. Eles podem ser também úteis na manufatura de formulações farmacêuticas para o tratamento de distúrbios mediados por lipoxigenase.
