Abstract
R-HIDROXINITRILA LIASES QUE APERFEIÇOAM A ACEITAÇÃO DO SUBSTEATO E O USO DO MESMO. R-hidroxinitrila liases apresentaram uma melhora na aceitação do substrato, atividade aumentada e seletividade aumentada. Estas R-hidroxinitrila liases da família Rosa ceae apresentam uma substituição na seqúência de aminoácidos no a) resíduo de aminoácido correspondente a posição 360 da proteína PaHNL5 madura por outro aminoácido apoiar ou aminoácido neutro e/ou b) resíduo de aminoácido correspondente à posição 225 da proteína PaHNL5 madura por outro aminoácido polar, sendo isso possível também através da inclusão, quando apropriada, de 1 a 20 resíduos no centro ativo ou no canal hidrofóbico levando à substituição do centro ativo.
