Abstract
COPOLÍMEROS DE BLOCO ANFIFÍLICOS E SEU USO. A presente invenção se refere a copolímeros de bloco anfifílicos compreendendo pelo menos um bloco de unidades hidrofílicas e pelo menos um bloco de unidades hidrofóbicas, no qual pelo menos um bloco hidrofóbico contém unidades de siloxano. A presente invenção pode ser particularmente útil como um adesivo de tecido ou como uma lente intraocular (IOL) . Como um revestimento de IOL de acordo com a invenção pode ser usado, por exemplo, para promover adesão de tecido para a prevenção de opacificação de cápsula posterior.
