Abstract
EMPLASTRO TRANSDÉRMICO COM LIGANTES ESPECÍFICOS PARA PROGESTERONA A (PRASL) COMO UM INGREDIENTE ATIVO. A presente invenção refere-se a um emplastro transdérmico com ligantes específicos para progesterona A (PRASL) como um ingrediente ativo, que consiste em uma camada posterior, pelo menos uma camada de adesivo que adere à mesma e contém um ingrediente ativo e que está baseado em um polímero de silicone, um polímero de poliisobutileno (PIB), um polímero de poliacrilato ou um copolímero de bloco de estireno com butadieno ou isopreno (SBS ou SIS), bem como um filme de proteção removível, O emplastro transdérmico terapêutico, que contém PRASL, opcionalmente, também em combinação com estrogênios, é apropriado para a terapia de reposição hormonal e para controle da fertilidade.
