Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE UM VÍDEO AUTOMÁTICO DE INFORMAÇÕES DE AJUDA COM DETECÇÃO DE CONDIÇÃO DE ERRO PARA CONEXÃO DE MEDIDOR. São providos um método e um aparelho para a implementação de um vídeo automático de informação de ajuda em um sistema de computador de coleta de dados. Uma porta predefinida é monitorada no sentido de detectar a conexão de um medidor. Quando uma conexão de medidor é identificada e o medidor não está se comunicando de uma forma apropriada, informações de ajuda são automaticamente exibidas para o usuário. É provida uma chave para detectar eletromecanicamente quando se faz uma tentativa no sentido de conectar um medidor de um tipo selecionado de usuário a uma porta serial do sistema de computador de coleta de dados. As informações de ajuda são automaticamente exibidas quando um erro é detectado.
