Abstract
COMPOSTO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, MÉTODOS PARA TRATAR DIABETE TIPO II E PARA TRATAR UMA CONDIÇÃO OU DISTURBIO. A presente invenção descreve as propionamidas N- heteroaromáticas 2,3 -di-substituídas, da Fórmula (I) em que a substituição na posição 3 é um anel fenílico opcionalmente substituído e a substituição na posição 2 é um grupo alquila ou cicloalquila; as composições farmacêuticas que as compreendam; e, os métodos de usá-las. As propionamidas são ativadores de glicoquinase para o tratamento da diabete tipo II.
