Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO PARA REVESTIMENTO ENTÉRICO POR PELÍCULA CONTENDO POLÍMERO MICRONIZADO COM AGENTE CONTRA PEGA. A presente invenção descreve composições anidras de revestimento entérico por película e dispersões aquosas que as contêm. Quando aplicadas sobre substratos ingeríveis por via oral, tais como formas de dosagem sólidas orais, os revestimentos por película são capazes de impedir que os substratos se desintegrem em meios com valores de pH entre cerca de 1 e cerca de 4,5 ou valores mais altos. Uma composição de revestimento por película preferida contém um intermediário micronizado que compreende uma resina acrílica e talco. Vantajosa e surpreendentemente, a composição de revestimento por película não contém um agente alcalinizante.
