Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS ESPONTANEAMENTE DISPERSíVEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica espontaneamente díspersivel compreendendo uma droga fracamente solú- vel e um meio de portador compreendendo (1) um componente lípofihico, (2) um tensoativo, e opcíonalmente (3) um componente hidrofilico, em que pelo menos um dos componentes (1) a (3) é sólido em temperatura ambiente Um componente hídrofilico partícularmente útil no sistema é um polimero que é sólido em temperatura ambiente, por exemplo, sólido PEG.
