Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CARREGAR FIBRAS OU CELULOSE CONTIDAS EM UMA SUSPENSÃO COM UM MATERIAL DE ENCHIMENTO.A invenção se refere a um processo para carregar fibras (2.1) ou celulose (2.2) contidas em uma suspensão (3) com um material de enchimento (4) , por meio de uma reação de precipitação química, as fibras (2.1) ou acelulose (2.2) sendo fornecidas na forma de uma suspensão (3) com uma concentração sólida predefinida (c) . O processo inventivo é caracterizado pelo fato de dióxido de carbono(6) ser adicionado às fibras (2.1) ou à celulose (2.2) naforma de uma suspensão (3), enquanto que as fibras (2.1) oua celulose (2.2) sáo(é) misturada(s), de preferência em pelo menos um reator (5), com leite de cal ou cal extint(7) na forma de uma suspensão à qual diáxido decarbono (6) foi adicionado, iniciando e completando consideravelmente, de preferência inteiramente, a reação de precipitação química.
