São apresentadas formas de dosagem oral de liberação prolongada da pró-droga gabapentina, ácido 1 {[( isobutanoiloxietoxi)carbonil]amino metil}- 1 -cicloexano acético. As formas de dosagens são úteis para o tratamento ou prevenção de doenças e distúrbios para os quais a gabapentina é terapeuticamente eficaz.
