Abstract
ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, PLASMÍDEO, COMPOSIÇÃO VETERINÁRIA, VACINA, MÉTODOS DE PROTEÇÃO DE AVES DOMÉSTICAS DE COLONIZAÇÃO POR CAMPYLOBACTER E DE PROTEÇÃO DE UM HUMANO DE INFECÇÃO POR CAMPYLOBACTER, USO DE UM ÁCIDO NUCLEICO, UM PLASMÍDEO, UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, OU UMA VACINA, E, ALIMENTO. Ácidos nucleicos codificando proteínas de Campylobacter, particularmente proteínas antigênicas como flagelina, ou codificando um seu variante, ou um fragmento de qualquer uma destas, são capazes de proteger aves domésticas como galinhas, contra a colonização por Campylobacter, e assim podem ser usados em terapia ou profilaxia veterinária. Isto tem um impacto sobre a saúde humana.
